New Contruction Packages Lift Solutions

Since 1971 our factory has produced high quality passenger and freight elevator packages for both custom and standard applications. Each elevator is individually engineered, allowing your job to be customized without costly fees or extensive lead times. We have a solution for virtually every application.

Borehole Elevator Package
Passenger & Freight Applications
This is the traditional hydraulic design field proven over decades. It uses a single-stage hydraulic jack installed in the ground. The jack is located directly under the car, near the center of the platform.

Twin Jack Holeless Elevator Package
Passenger & Freight Applications
This design uses two hydraulic jacks and provides maximum stability. The jacks, located on each side of the car, are either single-stage or telescopic. The jack type is determined by the amount of travel and project conditions. Single-stage jacks are popular for two-stop elevators, while telescopic jacks are generally used for three- and four-stop projects.

Cantilevered Roped Passenger Elevator Package
Passenger Applications Only
This is a holeless design limited to low weight capacity applications. Wire rope is used in conjunction with a hydraulic jack to lift the car. A 1:2 ratio means that, for every foot that the jack rises, the car rises two feet. Jack and rail equipment is mounted either to the side or to the rear of the car, depending on the openings desired.

Traction Passenger Elevator Package
Passenger & Freight Applications
This design uses a geared machine, wire rope and counterweights in place of hydraulic equipment. Main guide rails are mounted on each side of the car and a pair of counterweight rails is located on one side or at the rear. The geared machine, along with related drive equipment, is generally located above the hoistway in a penthouse machine room.
